Women’s Network Ontario Gives Back to Those in Need this Holiday Season

In the spirit of giving, the Women’s Network Ontario Region has again surpassed all their goals, and achievements with giving back to those less fortunate this holiday season

The Holiday Clothing Drive Campaign benefiting New Circles organization in Toronto started on November 1st and has been extremely successful. Our member companies really adopted this new campaign to help those in need.

Last year, the Purse Project, then Women’s Network Chair,  Lori Bagazzoli, Ledvance, was highly successful with over 200 filled purses, gift cards and much needed personal supplies.  This year, the Women’s Network aimed to focus on more inclusive all around in the community, rather than just women.

Close to 1200 lbs of gently loved clothing for men, women and children were collected by our generous members along with close to 20 boxes of diapers and wipes for babies.  All of which was simply incredible.

Sandra Tomassi, Ouellet, Women’s Network Ontario Region Chair, shared, on behalf of the Ontario Women’s Network, we want to express our gratitude for all your donations to New Circle (GLOW).

Because of your generous donations, this has made a meaningful difference to equity-deserving individuals and families who are living on a limited income, meet their clothing needs. Your kindness and generosity is beyond measure !
