Head Office Private Meetings

Thursday, May 30, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Private Head offices are located throughout the primary meeting spaces throughout the hotel.

If your company requires Audio Visual rentals for your head office meeting room, please contact Katie Baines Minty at Katie.bainesminty@encoreglobal.com. 

Audio Visual requirements are due to Katie Baines Minty by May 1st, 2024.

Electro-Lounge Open Meetings

This popular meeting format offers a casual and open setting. The Electro-Lounge is open to all members wishing to meet with manufacturers, distributors, and reps. Refreshments will be available.

Reservations are not required.
