Join us for a Yoga morning to start the day on March 26th!
Quebec women’s committee aims to provide a space for dialogue among women in industry to improve their working and personal lives.
With this in mind, we are hosting an event to bring together some of the amazing women in our industry.
We are waiting for you on the 26th of March for a morning Yoga and warm-up hosted by Marie-Céline Gendron, Ouellet.
Following the yoga class you will be entitled to a smoothie and other health food that you can take on your way to work or stay for networking with women of industry on site.
What to bring:
-Comfortable and flexible clothing
-A blanket or wool and warm stockings to be comfortable during moments of relaxation.
-Bottle of water
-Optional: Your yoga mat and accessories if you prefer to bring yours, otherwise we can provide it.
