EFC Ontario Region Delivers on Social Media in the Workplace

On November 15^th, the Ontario Region hosted an informative breakfast meeting on Social Media in the Workplace with over 25 attendees at the Hilton Garden Inn, in Brampton. Stuart Ducoffe, Employment/labour Lawyer, from e2r® delivered a dynamic presentation for employees and employers, on topics such as social media platform ownership, policies and complications, to privacy act, company property, defamation, and harassment.  Stuart also provided true cases of the impact of social media has with companies and employees in the workplace.
