EFC Earns Designation as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company
Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW), a globally-recognized designation that is awarded to organizations that meet the highest standard of workplace culture.
This certification was earned by achieving top results in GPTW’s Trust Index survey, which centres on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership qualities. EFC staff participated in this confidential survey last month. Based on staff feedback, this designation confirms that EFC employees have a positive experience at work and feel a general sense of pride, respect, equality and camaraderie.
“We are very proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work,” says Carol McGlogan, President & CEO, Electro-Federation Canada. “This certification serves as a testament to EFC’s commitment to building a great workplace culture. After all, in order to service our membership in the best possible way, it’s imperative that we attract and retain top talent and maintain a top-tier work environment. I thank our employees for their hard work and trust in this process. As a next step, we will explore how to further strengthen employee engagement through new and enhanced programs.”
This recognition comes on the heels of other member companies who have recently been certified, including: 3M Canada, Phoenix Contact, Rittal Systems and SICK Ltd. Congratulations to these companies!
