EFC Awarded Great Place to Work® Designation for the Second Year in a Row!

Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW®) for the second year in a row. This designation recognizes organizations that meet the highest standard of company culture benchmarked against the global standard of great workplaces today.

This certification was earned by achieving top results in GPTW®’s Trust Index survey, which measures employee experience, workplace culture and leadership qualities. Last month, EFC’s staff participated in this survey. The results confirm that EFC employees have a positive work experience, coupled with a pride in what they do and feeling of camaraderie among colleagues. This is a testament to EFC’s longstanding commitment to creating an exceptional workplace environment.
