EFC Announces the Retirement of Rick McCarten

After over 24 years with EFC, Rick McCarten has decided to retire.  During his career at EFC, Rick worked with many industry leaders to develop programs to help steer the industry.  We thank Rick for his long-time commitment to EFC and wish him the best of health and happiness during this next phase of his life.
