CEMRA was “All In” at NEMRA’s Conference in Vegas

At NEMRA’s 23 Annual Conference last week (January 30 to February 2), over 44 CEMRA agents representing 27 agency firms from across Canada were present in Las Vegas. 94 EFC members, including manufacturers, attended the four-day conference at the Virgin Hotel.

NEMRA’s conference opened with keynote speaker and football legend Kurt Warner,  a Fireside Chat with Jim Johnson, NEMRA’s President & CEO, and multiple B2B meetings were hosted with over 1800 attendees across North America.

CEMRA proudly held its annual Canada Night Reception, with lots of red power colour and national flags displayed, plus ample appetizers and beverages over valuable industry networking. CEMRA featured a sumptuous dinner at the famous Ferraros Italian Restaurant, where the liveliness of the evening continued over two seatings. It was incredibly worthwhile to reconnect face-to-face with CEMRA reps and manufacturers over a nice dinner evening, followed by some trying their luck at the slots and gaming tables everywhere…

CEMRA also hosted its annual CEMRA at NEMRA meeting, with special presentations from Jim Johnson, NEMRA, Carol McGlogan, EFC, Brent Norrey, Roney Marketing, CEMRA Chair, John Richardson, Anamet, CMG Vice Chair, along with CEMRA team lead, Nathalie Lajoie. There are great things brewing for CMG members regarding Partnership roles and expectations and possible featured best practices on joint calls. It was a valuable and productive week on many fronts for our Canadian members. Next year’s NEMRA conference is slated for January 29 – February 1 in Dallas, Texas.
