A Lot of sweat at the Qc region women’s Network Healthy evening

On August 29th, several women from the industry joined together for a night of physical training and networking around good food and a good glass of magarita!

First, the physical training class was a workout! We were pleasantly surprised by the intensity of the workout. The participants were quite out of breath but we were all very proud of ourselves for having done the whole course! Yaelle is an amazing coach and we all thank Cara Backman, Franklin Empire for bringing us this inspiring person and beautiful place.

The training was even adapted according to the experience of the participants and yet all members worked very hard!

Afterwards, we were resting on the terrace of the Pancho Bar for a refreshing margarita and great Mexican food. The evening ended with delicious churros to warm our hearts. This part of the activity allowed us to network and learn more about our wonderful women in the industry
