EFC’s Atlantic Region Welcomes New Executive Committee Members

Krystyna LeBlanc, Chief Information Officer and Director of eCommerce & Marketing for Eddy Group Limited

Krystyna is a 5th generation family member and has been with Eddy Group since 2010. She’s from northern New Brunswick and now resides in Moncton, NB with her husband, 12-year-old stepson and 5-year-old son. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from UNB Fredericton and an MBA from l’Universite de Moncton. When not working she keeps busy coaching and managing her kids’ teams as well as being active herself. Her favourite thing about Eddy Group is the people she gets to work with from across the Maritimes. Her work is mostly project-based, and she takes a lot of enjoyment in managing projects and seeing things through from beginning to end. Highlights include many of the technological advancements they’ve made over the years, the launch of their eCommerce site, and the creation of their Marketing Department. She enjoys being involved with EFC as it’s given her the opportunity to meet many peers outside of Eddy Group with its extensive networking opportunities.

Rodney Barteau, Regional Sales Manager (Eastern Canada), Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS), Eaton

Rodney graduated from the NSCC with a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology in 2002.  He started with Eaton in 2002 as inside sales before moving to outside sales in 2005. In 2015, he became the Engineering Service Manager for the Atlantic region and in 2022 accepted a role on the wiring device side of the business as Regional sales manager for Eastern Canada.
