The Ontario Region’s Circus Gala Yields Record Attendance
The 11th Annual Ontario Region Gala, Under the Big Top, was held on Friday, February 1st with over 312 industry members and guests at the Marriott Toronto Airport hotel. With jugglers, aerialists, and hoop performers, along with carnival games, casino tables, dancing, and a fine four course dinner experience, the event was a huge success. A very special thank you to this year’s gala sponsors for their support and generosity, which made this event possible:
Ontario Region Chair, Bill Eckersely, Humelec Associates, was very pleased with the turnout and the support from the Ontario Region member companies! This truly was an exceptional event for regional and national members, some come as far away as Nova Scotia, along with a record number of YPN members in attendance. This event has gained such tremendous momentum over the years and we are looking forward to exceeding our attendance to over 350 next year.
EFC’s Event Director, Nathalie Lajoie, stated that there were many moving pieces leading up to this year’s gala, but in the end was thrilled with the overall outcome, the valuable industry networking that took place, and the comradery between members during the sport competition games.
