2019 MCEE Show a Success!

Close to 450 exhibitors participated in last week’s MCEE tradeshow in Montreal, including many EFC members. A special thanks to all participants who exhibited and presented, and to EFC’s Quebec Region executive team for supporting this successful program!

EFC, a proud partner of the MCEE Show, also promoted several speakers for the event’s seminar series who led discussions on relevant topics. Speakers included: Jean-Claude Lespérance, Signify, who spoke about lighting for the Internet of Things (IoT), illustrating the role that lighting plays in smart buildings, smart homes and smart cities. François Coallier, a Professor at l’École de technologie supérieure, gave an in-depth review of various technologies and their integration for industrial automation (click here to view his presentation). The final eye-opening presentation by Noël Cormier, Eaton and Ammar Bahsoun Jr., CSA Group, highlighted best practices and key indicators to discern authentic circuit breakers from counterfeit circuit breakers.
